Just what is a C-Fed?  Well if you're familiar with E-Fed's it's the same thing except people use Captions along with dialogue to role play (RP).  E-Fed's often times don't allow you to RP with someone other than yourself, but that's not the case in C-Fed's, in fact, you can do almost anything.
